The vast majority of payments are set up to be received via Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA). Our billers are very experienced in understanding all carrier Explanation of Benefits formats, properly posting accordingly and appealing any inappropriately denied charges.

Appeals
We initiate appeals immediately, including requesting any additional documentation that may be needed to file an effective appeal. Account Receivables

Month End / Year End Reporting
Monthly reporting is provided, including a Summary Report that summarizes data included in the Month End package. Reports are e-mailed and/or hard copied as requested by the practice. Reporting can be customized to meet the needs of your practice.
